Alex is professional, thorough, extremely knowledgable about the Denver area, and was truly a partner when it came to being on this journey of finding our new homes. I’ve been through the buying and selling process quite a few times, so believe me when I say it makes all the difference to have such a great partner in your realtor— Alex showed us lots of neighborhoods, lots of properties, recommended some great people (a variety of lenders to choose from as well as inspectors and others), but didn’t push anyone on us and really helped us make good, sound decisions. Alex is calm, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and especially went the extra mile to help figure things out and keep things moving. He negotiated some great things for us (like credits for certain things from the builder and seller as well as loan discounts). Both of our homes appraised for more than what we bought them for (a first for me!) I’ve have experienced other realtors who just weren’t that good or trustworthy (and there are SO many realtors out there), so both my son and I feel so fortunate to have found Alex. It’s so amazing to find someone so competent and really wanting to make our experience as painless as possible — and patient enough to help us find homes that were just perfect for each of us! He was so supportive and it was comforting to know I had someone who knew the area, had the connections, and kept checking in along the way.
