I recommend that every home be pre-inspected prior to marketing your home for sale. Homes that are pre-inspected tend to sell faster and for more money.

Every Home is Professionally Photographed

Great photography is the key to drawing potential buyers to your home. One of my preferred photographers will capture HDR photographs and a video tour that will beautifully showcase your home. Prior to photography, my stager will return to your home to make sure that it is "ready for its close-up".

Your home will be seen by millions of potential buyers on TV Sunday mornings at 9am following the nationally syndicated show Today's Homeowner of Colorado's very own Channel 2. The video will also be posted on YouTube and stream 24/7 on the top real estate websites around the world.

100 just listed cards are mailed to your surrounding neighborhoods. Many times neighbors have friends searching for a home in their neighborhood.

A custom full color 4-page property brochure will be professionally produced and available for buyers to take with them. It will also be laminated and on display with the for sale sign to entice potential buyers to want to see more.

Single Property Website

Every listing will have its own personal URL which can be posted everywhere for maximum exposure of your home.

Together we will plan for neighborhood open houses. Generally the first week on the market is preferable.

At the beginning of each week of your home being on the market you will receive market activity updates from me, as well as feedback from recent showings.

Together we will review all offers and determine an appropriate response to maximize the value of your home and desired timing, As well as any other issues that may arise during the sale of your home (inspection, appraisal, etc).

Handling the Sale of Your Home

I have a full time assistant who will seamlessly handle all of the paperwork (title work, HOA documents, etc).

Closing
